Unless otherwise agreed, all machines will be set up on the customers site
Two days of training will be included. On install sheet, allow room for follow up actions and plan to complete.
Periodic on-site follow-ups to ensure continued operator training & support, proper maintenance of equipment and inspection to maintain optimal performance
Optional additional training for operators at our Arlington, TX training facility - includes both software and hands-on interactive machine training. Operators can practice their specific jobs and learn new techniques to maximize productivity with their systems.

Internet & Website
To create a better customer support experience, we recommend that you have an internet connection at the machine. Website - Closed website area for up to date support information including: software downloads, technical library, access to artwork and files, ordering supplies on-line, and custom templates and job layouts available.

Engravers Network warrants to the original purchaser of the iLaserMarker YAG-50DP that this product will be free
from defects in material or workmanship when purchased, and under proper, normal use within one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty excludes any damage from abuse (including, without limitation, incorrect voltages,
power surges, fires, improper or insufficient ventilation, acts of God, or other situations out of the control of
Engravers Network), failure to operate in accordance with instructions provided in the iLaserMarker owners manual, including specific safety and operational warnings contained therein, and damage caused by unauthorized modifications of any equipment. All warranties to the original purchasers are non-transferable. The registered owner must initiate warranty claims within the warranty period.
