On Saturday, December 5, laser owners from Texas, Arkansas & Oklahoma, attended a CorelDRAW and laser applications class offered by Engravers Network at their training facility in Arlington, Texas. Not only did the class benefit the attendees with a great learning experience, it made a difference for many families in the North Texas area.
The proceeds of the class tuition were donated to the Tarrant Area Food Bank. The $1,000 donation will provide over 4,000 meals to families within the 13 counties in the area.
The Tarrant Area Food Bank collects food products and monetary donations from individuals, food drives and companies. They distribute to over 300 food pantries and to social service programs, providing meals throughout North Texas.
Thanks to class attendees, we did make a difference. Educate yourself about local and national hunger and advocate for programs that eliminate the cause.
