3	Path not found	Invalid path entered in load screen
4	Too many open files	Change parameter to FILES=50 in CONFIG.SYS
5	File access denied	A network file is in use
12	Invalid file access code	Smartdrive error
15	Invalid drive number	Smartdrive error - Update software to fix
100	Disk read error	Floppy disk is removed
101	Disk write error	Floppy disk is removed
106	Invalid numeric format	Cipher.sys or driver file (.cdf) is corrupt
150	Disk is write-protected	Change write protect on disk
152	Drive not ready	Floppy disk is removed
154	CRC error in data	Bad sector of hard drive or floppy disk
